Our Local Author & Book Shop Owner - Kim Nash - Visits Us!

We were delighted to welcome a very special visitor into school this week — local author Kim Nash, the wonderful owner of book shop Fiction and Fairy Lights! 📚✨

Kim kindly delivered a fantastic selection of brand-new books to enrich our Reading lessons, and the excitement from the children was clear to see. It’s fantastic to see high-quality fiction finding its way into our young readers’ hands.
This visit is a brilliant example of the strong links we continue to build with our local community. 

World Book Day Competition Winners visited Fiction and Fairy Lights earlier in the month and returned with new books for all the classrooms. Supporting one another in these ways not only strengthens those connections but also brings real, lasting benefits to our pupils.
Thanks to this delivery of new books, our children will have access to engaging, inspiring stories that will help develop their reading skills, spark imagination, and foster a lifelong love of books.
