School Admissions do not be issue application forms as the Service is keen to provide a paperless system in all its admissions processes wherever possible. The website also gives details if you wish to apply for a mid-year transfer but we would request that you contact the school first.

Visits to School
Prospective parents are welcome and encouraged to visit school prior to their child starting school. Please call the school office on 01543 227125 to make an appointment.
Please note that an induction evening meeting for parents takes place prior foundation stage children starting school. The meeting gives you the opportunity to ask any questions or concerns that you may have. Children joining our Reception classes will also be invited to attend Induction sessions at the end of the summer term prior to them starting in the September.
We hold Open Morning for prospective parents of Nursery and Reception children; this is a chance to meet the staff and have a tour of the school with a chance to ask any questions.

Primary Education - Reception
Children join the Reception class of West Hill Primary School in September of the year they reach five. Allocations are made by the Local Authority in line with their Admissions Policy. Current admission numbers for the school are 60.
