Our Pupils Make A Difference...

At West Hill Primary, we’re proud that our pupils make a difference every day. Through roles such as House Captains, Councillors and Well being Ambassadors, children have real opportunities to help others, develop responsibility, and make their voices heard.

House Captains support their house community by encouraging teamwork and positive attitudes, while Councillors listen to classmates and help bring ideas to school life. Our Well Being Ambassadors focus helps pupils understand how to look after their minds and bodies, promoting kindness, resilience and safe, respectful behaviour. We also support pupils as Digital Leaders by teaching them how to use technology responsibly, think critically online and help classmates stay safe in a digital world.

These experiences build confidence, leadership skills and a strong sense of belonging—showing parents and carers that learning at West Hill Primary goes beyond the classroom and has a meaningful impact on the whole school community.
