Goodbye Mrs Mayo
Today West Hill Primary School had a very special goodbye to say and it was one of those goodbyes that is going to be difficult, because today, we said goodbye to someone who has quietly and lovingly shaped lives of so many children and families over many, many years our wonderful Mrs Mayo.

You’ve wiped the tears and tied the shoes,
And shared the brightest, sunny views.
With patience, paint, and stories told,
You’ve turned our little hands to gold.
You taught us how to laugh and play,
And guided us along the way.
Now all your seeds have grown so tall,
It’s time to rest and hear the call—
Of quiet days and happy scenes,
For you’ve achieved your retirement dreams!
Thank you for the magic, the love, and the care,
You’re a teacher beyond compare.
