Football Skill on Display at Match with Hazel Slade Primary

Last Wednesday, the West Hill Football Team travelled to Hazel Slade Primary School for what was to be an exciting match from start to finish. After a shaky start where we were 1-nil  in the opening 5 minutes, the squad rallied quickly and equalised before it went 2-1 to Hazel Slade. On the stroke of half time West Hill levelled the scores again to make it 2-2!

In the second half, West Hill applied their skills and positive attitude to romp home 5-2! Player of the match? Literally impossible to decide as every player worked so hard and demonstrated a great attitude. The squad were: Reece, Leo, Liam, Thomas, Lloyd, Dylan, Alfie, George,and Dylan.

The support from our parents was enthusiastic and vocal - many thanks as ever for your continuing support for our young sports persons!
